Elizi Jewelry Industry and Trade Limited Company was established in 1999 by Fatih Yılmaz, following his experience in the retail jewelry sector since 1992. Elizi Jewelry opened Trabzon’s first Trabzon Hasır (woven gold) production factory and store and also operates a store and atelier café concept in Cağaloğlu, Istanbul. Through our e-store and wholesale network, we reach suppliers across Turkey and offer our unique designs to Elizi enthusiasts.

Since our establishment, we have revived and turned Trabzon Hasır jewelry, which was on the brink of disappearing, into a trend with our innovations, technical advancements, and trend designs. Trabzon Hasır, which was once only preferred in weddings in the Trabzon region, has now become one of the most demanded jewelry items in weddings across the country. Furthermore, thanks to our modern collections, Trabzon Hasır has become one of the most preferred jewelry pieces in everyday life.

Understanding the importance of advertising and promotion in making a piece of jewelry a trend, our company made a breakthrough in the history of Trabzon Hasır by reaching wider audiences through television and digital ads. Realizing the importance of e-commerce since 2000, we invested in this field and became the first company to sell Trabzon Hasır jewelry online. Today, 30% of our sales are made through e-commerce.

Additionally, with our “Socially Empowered Weaving” project, we have provided employment for Trabzon women who have long worked without social security. Through this project, we have involved Trabzon women in the weaving and production processes, contributing greatly to passing down the handicraft to future generations.

What makes Trabzon Hasır valuable is the painstaking process of weaving gold wire into thousands of stitches, crafted with labor and care. However, this challenging production process was not well known to users. With our workshops, we have allowed users of Trabzon Hasır to experience the production process visually and hands-on, helping them understand this labor-inOur concept, “Let Your Own Mark Be on Your Living Legend,” allows Trabzon Hasır enthusiasts to have a memorable heirloom they can pass down to their children and grandchildren. After the weaving stage of their ordered products is completed, we welcome our guests in our Atelier Café, where, after a brief training, they have the opportunity to leave their own handprint on their “living legend.” They can then try on their products according to their own measurements and enjoy a seamless experience as they take delivery.

In a first for the history of Trabzon Hasır, we have introduced an adjustable-sized Trabzon Hasır with a new lock system developed by our company.

Since our establishment, we have continued to address industry issues and provide permanent solutions, advancing the journey of Trabzon Hasır with innovations.
